彩石金属瓦构造
彩石金属瓦由镀铝锌钢板作为基材，与耐指纹涂层、彩色砂粒、丙烯酸树脂构成：
1）镀铝锌钢板是由55%铝，43.4%锌和1.6%硅组成的电镀液经电镀而成的，其加工性、涂装性与镀锌钢板基本相同。
2）镀铝锌钢板最上面为耐指纹涂层，耐指纹涂层起到保护镀铝锌层的作用，同时耐指纹涂层能使镀铝锌钢板与彩色砂粒进行更好粘结，耐指纹涂层的颜色分为无色透明和淡绿色。
3）彩色砂粒是金属瓦的装饰层及基层保护层，它是由一定粒径的玄武岩颗粒经高科技着色工艺和高温烧结而成的,具有十多种颜色，可耐紫外线照射，能降低雨水给金属瓦造成的噪音，同时又使金属瓦色彩更加丰富，装饰性更好，这是一般彩色压型钢板所不具备，也是不能比的。
4）丙烯酸树脂为粘合钢板与彩砂的关键材料，同时也作为采砂表面的保护层，防止细部雨水渗漏，能延长砂粒色彩的寿命。
